Seems like I am flying to South Korea this very friday in a suddent urge by the guys over in Korea to have me there immediately. I am feeling not so good because I got a few shots on monday and they have left me with very very sore arms (can barely move one of them because it hurts like hell) and I feel like I have a flu. but hopefully this will clear off between today and tomorrow. Now that they decided I have to be there this very week I do feel some nerves about this, becuase its just happening very fast all of a sudden, but well, it did get postponed pretty much so I guess it's alright.

I just discovered this today while on my Nerdy lookout for video game videos. (I still play Nintendo and Super Nintendo games with emulators)

this is friggin hilarious, I have many times almost gone nuts with some games myself.

Just for fun, we are doing the actual video clip for this song, (with the proper track) the camera got more of the keys than of my voice. also I suck at playing and singing at the same time and I improvised because I made this song on guitar and never really worked it on the keys. but it soudns rather nice I guess, shitty sound and all.

It's the simplest song I've ever created so far.but the most honest one too

So indeedy, it's my 28th birthday, I should avoid panicking at the fact that 30 is just around the corner.

Still, with my childishness I compensate for the years over my shoulders, no one can really guess my age anyway.

Funny thing is that I can't focus on my birthday because I got offered to leave to Korea for work and I will do that, very soon, so I am more concerned with preparations than anything else

I got some fun birthday greetings too, heh, this is one wacky and interesting year indeed

So I watched Sweeney Todd the other day.

Strangely enough, I usualy find musicals extremely boring (I guess one would assume that all musicians would love musicals, but personally I don't) but the "musical" aspect of it was good (the whole movie is practically song dialogue)

The movie was not that bad until half way through, the second half of it is basically just dark and bloody, tetric and somewhat disturbing. Definetly NOT my kind of movie, I am not a fan of blood, gore or dark stuff.

The ending was pretty shitty also and totally predictable.

It just seems like anything that Tim Burton puts his name on, automatically gets recognition, I liked some of his movies but I'm not a die hard fan of his.

Well, the movie I am looking forward to watch though, is the new Indiana Jones one coming out this year, and Iron Man would be fun to watch, although I don't expect that one to be very good, but it's always fun to watch superhero movies.

So for the past couple of nights I haven't been able to sleep, this has happened to me a lot accross the years, so I usualy end up doing something creative or trying to be productive.

My mind is simply more active during night hours than daytime. or maybe it's just the quietness that allows me to do things better...

Last night I uploaded some more photos and I actually worked on an old drawing, something I haven't done in around 3 years.

Holiday

In fact all the drawings posted here so far are rather old, I haven't drawn in ages, but I really want to finish my old drawings and do some new ones.

So it's now 2008, belated happy new years for everyone.

I haven't updated lately because of work, which leaves me with a serious lackage of time and energy, nevertheless I have found some time gaps to draw a little and work on songs.which will be uploaded soon enough.

so I have spent the past couple of days at home sick, haven't been very productive because I didn't really feel good enough to do anything creative.

I am a person who usualy doesn't get sick very easily, but in the past year I did get sick a couple of times and now again, there must be something wrong with my current diet or something, but I digress...

So I didnt get to do anything productive with my weekend but I did stumble unto some music I didn't know, while watching videos on youtube.(Yeah, like a lot of people, when I have free time I either spend hours reading random stuff on wikipedia/answers.com or I look at stuff on youtube)

The band in matter is Coheed and Cambria, I'm sure a lot of people knew about them but I didn't, not only do they have some cool progressive hard rock music which I dig, but they also have a comic book to go along with the conceptual story of the albums. very cool.

You know how I stumbled unto this? I was looking for Tex Avery cartoons, That guy was a genius. I was very happy to find a few, here's one of my favorite all time cartoons.The Magical Maestro

There's a lot of things I want to do and not enough time and energy, too many creative ideas. well, I'll eventually manage to do something with it all.

So let's see how 2008 goes, I have no resolutions, just the same as always, trying to evolve into a better human being, learn new things, create new things and learn from my mistakes.

The past couple of months have been insane, a lot of wacky stuff happened all at once, you know, when it rains, it pours.

Everything points out that 2008 will be very intense and interesting.

So anyway, here's something for everyone to get into the holiday spirit.

So, I am very tired, had a lot of stuff during the week, and even on the weekend,ranging from emotional stress to physical and mental tiredness.

I slept a lot today, but frankly I really need more sleep still.meh, I guess I can handle it.

Anyway, this is rather interesting, I wonder if it's a hoax or if it's true.

I went to a fun seminar on self defense given by G.Master Van Binh (A vietnamese 9th Dan in Taekwon-do, 7th Dan in Judo and 5th Dan in Aikido) the guy is 72 years old and stronger than a bull, and has a great sense of humour. it was a nice experience, I had already seen him at another seminar last year and really enjoyed it.

I hope that I am in such good shape when I am that old...

Anyway, So I got a new job and I'm starting this tuesday. I hope I have time to work on my creative things too, this new job will pretty much occupy me all day long..

I have a lot of digital stuff and drawings lying around unifinished,. I would like to have some time and inspiration to get into that, andI have a lot of new songs I'm working on and with Turu we will be making some video clips for them. But that's a different story.

And in this last sunday before my new work week begins,. I've been reading some Star Wars comics, I can't help my geeky nature everynow and then.
